FAQ

What will be in the box?
Every box will be different! We are constantly monitoring trends in home decor and evaluating what items are necessary in a "professionally styled" home, and which items will come and go. We will narrow it down to our absolute favorites, can't-live-without items and put those in your quarterly box! We know you'll love them!

What if items are damaged? Can I return them?

We are spending countless hours perfecting our boxing and packaging process to ensure that your items arrive to you in mint condition. But, if something happens in transit we will happily replace it for you free of charge. Just email us at hello@styledhomebox.com!

What if I don’t like one of the items? Can I send them back?
At this time we are not allowing returns. We want you to trust us and know that we are selecting items that we think you will love! If something we picked doesn’t tickle your fancy, consider giving it as a gift!

What is the difference between the Luxe Box and the Classic box?
Our quarterly Luxe Box is where you will find one of a kind items custom made specifically for SHB! While shopping for our boxes, we come across so many incredibly talented artisans and we are thrilled to have the opportunity to feature their work in the Luxe Boxes! We will pair the custom creations with similar timeless classics that will be gorgeous in any home. Our quarterly Classic Box is a collection of gorgeous pieces that we feel are "must have" items in any home, with any design style.

I'm In! When will I get my first box?
We are so happy to have you! We ship our quarterly boxes each year on February 15th, May 15th,  August 15th, and November 15th.  We close orders on the 15th of the month prior to the delivery month. So...want in on the November quarterly box? Make sure to order by October 15th.

When will my card by charged?
Your credit card will be charged for the first box on the day you join SHB.   After that, we will charge your card on the 25th of each month that you receive a box…so charges for the Luxe and Classic Boxes will be applied on February 25th, May 25th, August 25th, and November 25th (just after you receive each quarterly box).

Do I have to be home to sign for my box when it is delivered?
It’s your choice!  However we cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen boxes once they are delivered.

Will the items in my box be the same as the box my friend is getting?
Maybe…maybe not!  We are constantly searching for one of a kind items that can't be purchased by the public. Because of this, sometimes quantities are limited and the box contents in each shipment may vary, but all will be equally fabulous!

I'm OBSESSING about one of the finds in my box.  Where can I find more like it?
Stay tuned!  We hope to offer single product purchases on our website in the near future!!

I need to cancel my subscription. Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! While we are sad to see you go, we do allow cancellations at any time.  Because our boxes are carefully curated and often contain custom-made items; however, we cannot send refunds. This means that after canceling your subscription, you will receive any box for which you have already been charged. After that, you will not be charged again (and will no longer receive yourmonthly or quarterly box).  We hope you will come back soon!
